Privacy Policy
At Nobitechh Cía. Ltda. ("Nobitechh", "we") we respect your privacy and comply with Ecuador's Organic Law for the Protection of Personal Data (LOPDP, Official Gazette No. 459). This document explains what data we collect, for what purpose and what your rights are.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
We collect your name and email address when you subscribe to the newsletter, as well as technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) through analytical cookies.
3. Purposes
We use your data to: (i) send you educational content about real estate crowdlending, (ii) respond to your enquiries, (iii) analyse the use of the site and (iv) comply with legal obligations applicable in Ecuador.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent when submitting the form and, where applicable, on compliance with legal obligations (Art. 7 LOPDP).
5. Retention
We retain your data while you keep a relationship with Nobitechh or until you request removal. Afterwards, data is anonymised or securely deleted.
6. Recipients
We do not sell your data. We may share it with email marketing and web analytics providers acting as data processors under contract in accordance with the LOPDP.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, portability and cancellation by writing to privacy@nobitechh.com. You may also file a claim before the Superintendency for the Protection of Personal Data of Ecuador.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, backups) to protect your personal data.
